We have helped leading automotive brands across the world optimize the power of virtual interactions.About the Role:We're looking for an ambitious and driven UI/UX designer to join our team at Eccentric Engine.You'll be responsible for designing visually appealing & immersive digital experiences for clients on multiple devices and interfaces.Responsibilities:Lead Design Initiatives: Drive the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications. Conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with business goals and user needs.User Interface (UI) Design: Create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces. Develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.Interaction Design: Design interactive elements that enhance user engagement. Create prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flow.Graphic Design: Produce high-quality graphics, icons, and visual assets aligned with brand identity. Collaborate on marketing materials and presentations as needed.User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Visual Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Casual Design, UI/UX design, Interaction Design, or similar roles.UI/UX Skills: Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices. Experience designing for various platforms (web, mobile, tablet).Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design rationale and present ideas effectively.Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.Required SkillsProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with prototyping tools & the ability to create interactive prototypes and animations.Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
