Your primary focus will bePower BI + SQL , with strong exposure toMicrosoft Fabricand paginated reporting. You’ll be responsible for buildingbeautiful, executive-ready dashboards , creatingpaginated reports , wrangling data from multiple sources, and troubleshooting reporting issues end-to-end. If you’ve usedAI/ML or modern analyticsin past work (forecasting, anomaly detection, segmentation, NLP, Copilot/Fabric AI features, automated insights), that’s ahuge plus . What You’ll DoBuild and maintainhigh-quality Power BI dashboards(clean design, business storytelling, fast performance) CreatePaginated ReportsusingPower BI Report Builder(print/export-ready PDFs/Excels) Write and optimizeSQL queriesto pull, validate, and manipulate data for reporting Support reporting workflows inMicrosoft Fabric(datasets/semantic models, pipelines, transformations, etc.) Troubleshoot issues like missing data, blank visuals, wrong filters, slow reports, and model problems Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across dashboards and reports Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver quickly Qualifications (Must-Have)Strong experience withPower BI (Desktop + Service) Proven ability to buildvisually polished dashboards(we will review past work/portfolio) Strong hands-on experience withPaginated Reports / Power BI Report Builder SQL is a must(joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization) Strong understanding ofdata modeling(relationships, star schema basics, semantic models) Strong attention to detail and ability to debug/report issues end-to-end Ability to work with stakeholders and convert requirements into clean reporting Huge Plus (Preferred)Strong working knowledge ofMicrosoft Fabric(OneLake, Lakehouse/Warehouse, pipelines, dataflows, semantic models) Experience usingAI/ML in analytics work(or using Fabric/Power BI AI features) Prior experience in consulting / client-facing delivery environments What to Include When You Apply (Important)Power BI dashboard samples(screenshots/links) Paginated report samples(screenshots/examples) A short note on what you owned:SQL, modeling, DAX, Fabric, publishing, troubleshooting, design
