The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services, and ensuring secure, high-performance communication between systems.Key Responsibilities:-Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs using .NET Core.-Integrate APIs with various external services such as payment gateways,authentication providers, and third-party data sources.-Implement service-to-service communication using industry-standard protocols(REST, SOAP, gRPC).-Ensure secure integration using OAuth2, JWT, API keys, and other securitymechanisms.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement integrationrequirements.-Optimize integration processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.-Monitor and maintain integrations with proactive error handling and logging.-Write unit and integration tests for all developed services.-Document APIs and integration workflows using Swagger/OpenAPI and internaltools.Technical Skills:-Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET 5+.-Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs.-Experience with external services integration (e.g., payment processors, SMS/email providers, identity providers, etc.).-Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, API throttling, rate-limiting, and security best practices.-Familiarity with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and API testing/debugging.-Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL databases (SQLServer/MySQL/PostgreSQL).-Experience with asynchronous programming, error handling, and logging (e.g.,Serilog, NLog).-Working knowledge of TFS, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).-Experience with Azure/AWS APIs, message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), orGraphQL.Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.-4+ years of experience in .NET Core API development.-Proven experience in integrating and managing multiple external services.-Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.Nice to Have:-Experience in microservices architecture.Apply here:
