There is a strong expectation to collaborate with our R&D and marketing team in Japan to generate technical data. A successful candidate will be responsible for developing/improving technical data as strong tools to help customers understand unique functions of our excipients with which they expect optimization of drug quality.Your Mission ·      Contribute to applicational data development/improvement in collaborations with internal stake holders (e.g., R&D and Marketing team) and/or external stake holders (e.g., CRO and tableting technology provider).·      Both domestic/international travelling will be expected as part of the job. Business trip to Japan for supporting analysis at labs could occur for weeks at a time. Annual travel frequency could be 25-30%.·      knowledge of formulations, API, and excipients in the pharmaceutical industry and nutraceutical industry.   Qualifications Education and experience required·      Master's degree or higher in pharmacy, chemistry, or related field. ·      Experience as formulation scientist (especially for oral solid dosage) and application scientist for 9 years or more. Understanding on manufacturing process and equipment is a plus.  Suitable skills ·      Relentless Enthusiasm for achieving High customer satisfaction. ·      Highly motivated, team player mentality. ·      Cross cultural communication skills in English (and Japanese is a plus). ·      People management.
