Strond hands-on understanding of UK-specific statutory rules: PAYE, NI categories, Tax codes RTI (FPS, EPS, NVR) Pension auto-enrolment Statutory Payments (SMP/SSP/etc.) Apprenticeship Levy Expertise in: Payroll configuration (Elements, Balances, Rate Definitions) Fast Formulas HCM Extracts HDL/HSDL Experience supporting monthly/weekly payroll cycles in a production environment with SLAs Strong experience handling Fusion quarterly statutory updates for UKKey Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion UK Payroll, ensuring timely resolution of incidents Support end-to-end UK payroll cycles, including: Pre-payroll validations Payroll calculation and auditing Payment processing and costing Post-payroll reconciliation and reporting Handle UK-specific statutory payroll processes, including: RTI Submissions (FPS, EPS) P45, P46, P60, P11D Statutory Payments (SMP, SSP, SAP, SPP, SHPP) Apprenticeship Levy Student Loans & Postgraduate Loans Auto-enrolment Pension Support statutory integration with HMRC Analyze and resolve payroll issues related to: Payroll Elements and Balances Fast Formulas (Payroll, Calculation, Absence) Payroll Flow orchestration Costing and accounting integration Conduct Quarterly update (Patches) impact analysis and regression testing, ensuring UK statutory changes are validated Collaborate with business teams and provide functional requirements documentation, configuration and testing support Prepare support documentation (SOPs), issue RCA and functional design documents
