The role involves close collaboration with marketing, CRM, and sales teams to drive lead generation, nurturing, and campaign performance through Salesforce and Pardot.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain Pardot (MCAE) automation including:Engagement Studio programsLead nurturing journeysEmail campaigns, landing pages, and formsImplement and manage Pardot–Salesforce CRM integrationConfigure lead scoring, grading, and assignment rulesBuild and optimize dynamic content and personalizationManage data sync, deduplication, and data quality between Pardot and SalesforceDevelop and maintain custom fields, page actions, and automation rulesSupport marketing teams with campaign setup, execution, and reportingAnalyze campaign performance and provide actionable insightsTroubleshoot sync, automation, and email deliverability issuesEnsure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy best practicesCollaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and stakeholdersDocument solutions, processes, and best practicesRequired Skills & Experience6+ years of experience in Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account EngagementStrong hands-on experience with:Engagement StudioAutomation rulesCompletion actionsDynamic lists and contentSolid understanding of Salesforce CRM (Leads, Contacts, Campaigns)Experience with Pardot Lightning AppStrong knowledge of email marketing best practices and deliverabilityExperience with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customizationStrong understanding of B2B marketing automation workflowsExperience in data management and reporting within Pardot & SalesforceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentGood to HaveSalesforce Pardot Specialist / Consultant certificationExperience with Salesforce Flow and basic Apex understandingExperience with third-party integrations (webinars, ads, analytics)Exposure to Marketing Cloud (Email Studio / Journey Builder)Experience working with global marketing teams
