Job Role: Springboot Location: MumbaiExperience:-4-6YearsJob Description:As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.Roles & Responsibilities: - Should have minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in API development using spring boot + AWS + SQL skill- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. - Shift timing will be 1 Pm to 10:30 PM IST.Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.Good To Have Skills: Experience with microservices architecture.- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.- Experience with version control systems like Git.
