Hiring: ADP Tester | Business Analyst – Capital MarketsWe are looking for a skilled ADP Tester / Business Analyst with strong end-to-end testing experience in the Capital Markets domain to join our team.Location: Mumbai/Pune/ChennaiShift: EMEAKey Requirements- Strong testing background (functional / system / UAT) — not from an operational role - Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting testing initiatives - Deep domain knowledge in Capital Markets: - Equity - Derivatives - Debt instruments - Expert-level SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and test analysisRole Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios - Design and execute detailed test cases and test plans - Perform data validation using complex SQL queries - Work closely with development, BA, and business stakeholders - Support defect management, root cause analysis, and UAT sign-offGood to Have- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments - Exposure to test management tools (JIRA, ALM, Zephyr, etc.)
