Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager / Consultant – Technology ConsultingLocation: Chennai / Mumbai ( Hybrid)Joiner Requirement: Immediate to max 30 daysAbout the RoleWe are seeking experienced technology professionals to join our consulting team and drive large‑scale transformation programs in the banking and financial services domain. This is a client‑facing leadership role with end‑to‑end responsibility for delivery, strategy, and innovation.Key Responsibilities- Lead consulting engagements in Core Banking, Lending, CRM, Trade Finance - Define IT Strategy & Roadmaps, drive Legacy/Core Applications Transformation, and shape Enterprise Architecture - Deliver hands‑on coding/programming, design, and implementation of digital solutions across the customer lifecycle - Collaborate across business and IT silos to deliver agile, reusable solutions - Influence industry thought leadership and support business development efforts - Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of transformation programsSkills & Experience- 2–10 years of post‑qualification experience, - Strong expertise in financial services, digital technologies, and business/technology strategy - Exposure to APIs, AI/ML, cloud computing, mobility, and automation - Proven track record of delivering business value from technology in large‑scale programs - Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills; comfortable engaging with senior executives - Education: MBA preferred with a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Applications, or related fields - Willingness to travel as required
