Automation Developer

About the Role:We are looking for a passionate Automation Developer (Fresher / Entry-Level) who is eager to build a career in AI, Data Engineering, and Automation. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python, Data Analysis, Excel, and Web Technologies and a keen interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and data-driven problem solving.This role offers an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and learn how to design automated data workflows, integrate AI tools, and support data-driven business decisions.__________________________________________________________________________________________________Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with teams across departments (Finance, Risk, HR, IT, etc.) on data-related tasks.• Assist in developing and maintaining data automation tools and workflows.• Work with Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) for data processing and analysis.• Create and enhance Excel reports and dashboards using advanced formulas and macros.• Support web scraping and data extraction from various online sources.• Learn to integrate AI/LLM models (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) into automation projects.• Help in managing and organizing data on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).• Contribute to data migration and validation projects.• Continuously explore ways to improve automation and efficiency through AI tools.______________________________________________________________________________________________Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.• Good understanding of Python programming and libraries like Pandas or NumPy.• Good knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and basic macros).• Familiarity with web scraping tools (Beautiful Soup, Selenium, etc.) is a plus.• Interest in AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or LangChain.• Basic understanding of databases or cloud data storage (AWS/Azure/Digital ocean) preferred.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Eagerness to learn and adapt to different business domains.
