Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled SAP HCM Consultant with hands-on experience in India Payroll and end-to-end implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of HCM modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in dynamic business environments. Key Responsibilities: Work on SAP HCM India Payroll configurations, including wage types, PCRs, schemas, and statutory compliance. Participate in two full-cycle SAP HCM implementation projects — from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support. Configure and support sub-modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll. Handle statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, LWF, etc.) and ensure compliance with Indian payroll laws. Support integration with FI/CO and other SAP modules. Conduct testing (Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance) and prepare related documentation. Coordinate with business users to resolve issues and provide end-user training. Prepare and maintain functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field. 5 years of relevant SAP HCM experience with 2 end-to-end India Payroll implementations. Strong understanding of Indian Payroll statutory requirements and payroll processes. Hands-on experience in PCR, schema configuration, wage type creation, and payroll run. Good knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, Time Management). Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in SuccessFactors integration (optional but an advantage). Exposure to SAP HANA environment. Knowledge of Fiori apps related to HCM .
