A Salesforce technical lead is responsible for• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including developing custom solutions and interfaces.• Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality code and appropriate design patterns.• Provide mentorship and supervise the development team.• Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the system continually.• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.• Keep up with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalitiesRequirements :Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: 5 + years of experience working with Salesforce, with proven experience in a technical leadership role.Certifications: Salesforce certifications such Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Integrations, and Salesforce Lightning.
