Job Description: Senior Business Development Executive – UI/UX Design Services SalesLocation: Mumbai (Lower Parel)Experience Required: 3 years into core UI UX Design Service Sales/BDAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive – UI/UX Design Services Sales to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our design and product solutions vertical. The role focuses on selling UI/UX services, product design solutions, and digital design consulting to enterprise and mid-market clients. You will be responsible for creating high-impact sales pitches, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.Key Responsibilities- Generate leads and drive new business opportunities for UI/UX and product design services. - Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships. - Develop tailored sales decks, proposals, and RFP responses for enterprise clients. - Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and translate business needs into UI/UX design solutions. - Collaborate with design and strategy teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure successful handover post-sales. - Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Represent the company at industry forums, events, and client presentations to enhance visibility and generate leads.Key Requirements- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the design industry. - Strong understanding of UI/UX design processes, tools, and methodologies. - Proven track record of closing deals with enterprise or mid-market clients. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and build CXO-level relationships. - Self-starter, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in agency, consulting, or SaaS/product sales is an advantage.
