Senior Software Engineer

About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who’s deeply hands-on and thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments — someone who can architect, code, and mentor in equal measure. You’ll work across multiple client projects (web apps, streaming platforms, dashboards, etc.) and lead a small team of 3–4 engineers, ensuring delivery excellence and technical quality across the stack.Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end development of multiple projects simultaneously — from architecture to deployment. - Write clean, modular, and high-performance code across Node.js, Express, React/Next.js, and TypeScript. - Manage and mentor a small team of engineers (3–4), conducting code reviews and guiding technical direction. - Collaborate with UI/UX, DevOps, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery. - Contribute to technical architecture, CI/CD setup, and cloud deployments (AWS / Vercel / Render / Cloudflare). - Work on reusable libraries and components for internal and client products. - Participate in sprint planning, client calls, and internal reviews — owning accountability for deliverables. - Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and integration issues across backend and frontend.Requirements- 5–8 years of professional experience in full stack development. - Agency or consulting background preferred — ability to handle multiple concurrent projects. - Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React/Next.js, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL (Postgres, MongoDB). - Strong understanding of modern architecture patterns (microservices, monorepo, CI/CD pipelines). - Experience with AWS, Cloudflare, Docker, and basic DevOps workflows. - Prior team leadership experience managing 2–5 developers. - Strong ownership, accountability, and communication skills. - Must be open to relocating or working from Mumbai. - Experience with Prisma and RedisNice to Have- Exposure to Ticketing and high transaction platforms. - Familiarity with Agile and client-facing project delivery.What We Offer- Opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact digital and AI transformation projects. - Exposure to global clients in media, entertainment, and enterprise domains. - A culture that values initiative, craftsmanship, and continuous learning. - Competitive compensation and relocation support for Mumbai.
