Candidate shall work on Nerve Solutions' proprietary trading and risk management products. Also, candidate shall be tasked with developing financial technology products like low latency trading applications, financial risk management applications, communication engines using sockets, algorithmic trading and HFT applications and automation of other financial products. Location :- Looking for MUMBAI candidates Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality code output. - Design and implement low-latency systems with efficient coding techniques to handle high-frequency trading scenarios. - Analyze and understand the dynamics of financial markets, and use that knowledge to design and enhance trading functionalities. - Develop new features and functionalities as defined by the technology team, prioritizing scalability and performance. - Optimize existing code for better system performance, reducing latency, and improving overall system efficiency. - Proactively suggest and implement system improvements, addressing performance bottlenecks and technological challenges. - Play a key role in the development of in-house products focused on financial markets, with an emphasis on ensuring seamless and high-performing applications. Skills & Qualifications: - 2+ years of hands-on experience with any one of the web technologies such as AngularJS, ExpressJS, ReactJS, and NodeJS. - Proven expertise in designing and optimizing performance-critical systems in fast-paced environments. - Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, with a focus on performance optimization. - Prior experience in working with trading platforms and financial market-related applications is highly preferred. - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support a team while promoting collaboration and innovation. - Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results on time and within scope.
