Web Developer

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Web Development Manager with deep expertise in PHP frameworks and WordPress development, complemented by strong project management skills (PMP certified preferred). This role will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers and overseeing full-cycle web development projects, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional team of web developers and project managers. Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter) and WordPress. Oversee end-to-end project execution — from requirement gathering to delivery — ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. Collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Implement best practices in coding, architecture, and project management. Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations for the development team. Manage resources, timelines, and communication between internal teams and external clients. Utilize project management methodologies (preferably PMP) to track deliverables, manage risks, and drive efficiency. Ensure adherence to web standards, data security, and compliance protocols. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on PHP and WordPress. Proven experience in leading web development teams and managing complex projects. PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly preferred. Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter). In-depth knowledge of WordPress (custom themes, plugins, multisite, etc.). Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery. Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git), deployment tools, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications : Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment. Familiarity with hosting environments and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.). Agile/Scrum project management experience.
