System Administrator

About the Role Executive - System Administration & IT : You will be responsible for managing and supporting our on-premises IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. You will work closely with other departments to deliver seamless and efficient IT services. Roles & Responsibilities Manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems. Oversee data security, disaster recovery planning, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO standards). Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. Manage IT budgets, vendors, and procurement of hardware/software licenses. Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for system upgrades or replacements. Collaborate with other departments to understand and fulfill technology needs. Ensure minimal downtime and high availability of all IT services. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure). Education & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (preferred). Experience with IT support, systems integration, and enterprise software tools like ERP & CRM. Proven experience as a System Admin or similar role in managing on-premises IT infrastructure. Familiarity with storage systems and backup solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and team player with a collaborative mindset.
