Job Description – Software Asset Manager (SAM Developer) Location: Mumbai Experience: 4+ Years Work Mode: WFO Role Overview: We are looking for a SAM Developer with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro to design, configure, and support Software Asset Management solutions. The candidate will be responsible for implementing SAM modules, ensuring license compliance, and driving cost optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize ServiceNow SAM Pro modules. Integrate SAM with CMDB, ITSM, and procurement systems. Automate license tracking, reconciliation, and reporting. Ensure compliance with software vendor license models (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe). Support audits, renewals, and optimization activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver SAM insights and dashboards. Must-Have Skills: 7+ years IT experience, 4+ years in SAM development . Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro development . Experience with license compliance, vendor audits, and cost optimization . Familiarity with ITIL & ITAM frameworks . Strong reporting, scripting, and integration skills. Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow SAM, ITIL, CSAM.
