What You’ll Do: Inspire & Educate: Lead engaging training sessions on data Centre infrastructure, operations, and safety protocols. Mentor Future Experts: Guide young talent, share your stories, and help them avoid the mistakes you once learned from. Collaborate & Innovate: Work with our technical and HR teams to continuously evolve training programs. Who You Are: A working/retired professional with 15+ years of hands-on experience in data centre operations, infrastructure, or facilities management. Passionate about teaching, mentoring , and sharing knowledge. Familiar with cooling systems, power backup, server management, and operational protocols. Based in Mumbai or willing to travel locally.
