Job Description We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our engineering team. As an SDE-2, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance software solutions. You will play a key role in integrating LLMs (Large Language Models) into the software development workflow to boost productivity and accelerate feature delivery. You will also collaborate with GenAI developers to improve model accuracy and ensure seamless deployment of AI-powered features.. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Node.js, Python, and Django. Build efficient and user-friendly frontend applications using Vue.js and React. Integrate LLMs into the SDLC to enhance productivity, automate repetitive development tasks, and accelerate go-to-market cycles. Collaborate with GenAI developers to enhance model accuracy, and assist in productionizing GenAI features into the application. Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on GCP, Azure, or AWS. Optimize application performance and scalability through code refactoring, caching, and efficient system design. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into high-impact technical solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, and Django. Experience with frontend development using React or Vue.js. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, Azure, AWS). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments. Working knowledge or interest in integrating LLMs into the development process. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with performance optimization techniques. Exposure to LLM and GenAI workflows (e.g., prompt engineering, fine-tuning, vector databases). Contributions to open-source projects. Experience with large-scale distributed systems. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
