Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and Python . Design and implement scalable APIs and database schemas using PostgreSQL and MongoDB . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, frontend, and DevOps to deliver production-ready features. Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues. Contribute to architecture design, infrastructure planning, and code reviews. Maintain technical documentation and follow best development practices. Minimum Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience in backend development, particularly with Node.js and MongoDB . Strong understanding of RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus). Experience with AWS cloud services is a strong plus. Proficient in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker). Proven experience in production-level projects and agile team environments. Strong problem-solving skills with ownership of code and systems.
