Turnover Role- Senior SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant Location -Mumbai Experience - + 8 Years Min to 14 Years Qualification - CA / CMA / CPA/ MBA-Finance Preferred Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates SAP Certified Professional in Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. Professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA) are a plus. Experience: 8-14 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation across multiple projects. SAP Expertise: Proficiency in SAP FICO modules (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO- OM, CO-CCA, CO-PA, CO-PC). Strong understanding of financial accounting (general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, tax configuration). Expertise in cost center accounting, internal orders, profit center accounting, and profitability analysis. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Experience with SAP integration with MM, SD, and other functional modules. Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging and SAP Query/reporting tools. Experience with data migration, LSMW, BAPI, and IDocs is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and deliver effective solution s. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with business users, technical teams, and senior management. Project Management: Experience managing project tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 8 to 14 years of hands- on expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the SAP FICO module to meet the financial and business needs of our organization. Who will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and IT, to deliver effective SAP solutions that support our business processes and objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. SAP FICO Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Configure the SAP FICO modules (FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA, CO- OM, CO-CCA, CO-PC, CO-PA) according to business requirements. Customise SAP FICO to integrate with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and non-SAP systems. 2. Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial and accounting processes and translate them into SAP solutions. Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for system improvement and process optimization. Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions to bridge business requirements with SAP FICO functionality. 3. Integration &; Support: Provide technical and functional support for ongoing SAP FICO projects and post-implementation activities. Manage integration between SAP FICO and other modules such as MM, SD, and HR to ensure seamless financial operations. Work closely with the technical team for custom developments (ABAP) related to FICO. 4. Reporting &; Documentation: Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, user guides, and training materials for SAP FICO users. Design and implement SAP FICO reports using SAP reporting tools (SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA, etc.). Prepare detailed project documentation for project milestones and audits. 5. Data Migration & Testing: Lead and oversee data migration activities, including data mapping, extraction, and reconciliation for financial data. Conduct and manage system testing (unit testing, integration testing,UAT) and resolve is ues before go-live. Ensure successful data conversion from legacy systems to SAP FICO. 6. Training &User Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of SAP FICO processes. Develop training materials and conduct workshops for finance and accounting teams. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for any SAP FICO-related queries and troubleshooting. 7. Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and proactively recommend improvements to optimize SAP FICO functionalities. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, best practices, and industry trends, especially SAP S/4HANA Finance.
