SAP SuccessFactors Employee central Reporting Summary: We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst to develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards within the SAP SuccessFactors platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Advanced Reporting, Canvas reports and Story Reports, with strong skills in data analysis and visualization. Key Responsibilities: Report Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain reports using Story Reports, Advanced Reporting and Canvas Reports. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business requirements. Optimize existing reports for better performance and user experience. Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights that support business decisions. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to understand reporting needs. Provide ad-hoc reports and dashboards for various stakeholders. SuccessFactors Administration & Enhancements: Configure and customize SuccessFactors reporting modules as per business needs. Work with the Business team to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues. Stay updated with new features in SuccessFactors People Analytics & Reporting. Employee Central portlet wise knowledge is required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Story Reports, Canvas Reports. Employee Central portlet wise knowledge is required. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience on Software lifecycle and Support methodologies Preferred Qualifications: SAP SuccessFactors certification in People Analytics / Reporting. Experience in Employee Central (EC) Prior experience in HR Analytics, HRIS, or data governance. Location - PAN India
