Key Responsibilities Lead and driveAgency & Intermediary Channel businessfor the Mumbai market. Develop and executecity-level sales strategiesto achieve premium targets. Build, manage, and mentorhigh-performing sales teams and channel managers . Strengthen relationships withagents, brokers, and intermediaries . Identify opportunities toexpand distribution networks and improve productivity . Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and business metrics. Ensurecompliance, quality sales practices, and regulatory adherence . Collaborate with regional leadership toimplement growth initiatives . Candidate Profile 8+ years of experiencein Life Insurance distribution. Strong exposure toAgency and Intermediary channels . Priorteam management experienceis mandatory. Local market knowledge of Mumbaiand strong industry network preferred. Proven track record ofdriving business growth and achieving sales targets .
