Position Name - Manager / Senior ManagerLocation - MumbaiExperience Range - 6 - 10 yearsMandatory Requirement:Must be from the insurance broking industryMust have expertise in in General insurance Claims.Strong knowledge of Property and Banker’s Indemnity claims.Job Roles and Responsibilities:End-to-end handling of high-value claims- Fire, Engineering & Banker’s Indemnity claimsExposure-based handling of Fire and Engineering claimsReview of surveyor and investigation reportsPolicy interpretation, Documentation compliance, and loss computationSupport negotiations and resolution of escalated claims within a timeframe.Portfolio monitoring and management MISThis role requires frequent traveling to various loss locations/ client’s office.Settlement ratio for Fire & Engineering claimsTimely handling of large-loss claimsNegotiation outcomes with various stakeholdersEffectiveness of junior team supportQualification and Experience:A bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance, or a relatedfield is preferred. MBA will be an added advantage.7-9 years of experience in General insurance Claims. Strong knowledge ofProperty and Banker’s Indemnity claims.Relevant certifications from IIIProficient in using claims management systems, CRM software, andMicrosoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
