Insurance Broker (General - Motor, Health)Location: Mumbai, IndiaWe’re seeking an Insurance broker professional with strong sales record to join our growing team. You will form a key part of the commercial growth team, originating the prospects, developing relationships with the leads and arrange tailored insurance solutions.Role and Responsibilities- Develop and manage new leads for the insurance distribution in general motor and health. - Provide tailored insurance solutions by working with our Insurance partners underwriting teams. - Execute the tasks related to the policies issuance, CRM and renewals. - Achieve growth metrics and hit sales targets - An entrepreneurial ability to build sales function is an advantage.Candidate Qualifications/Experience- Prior experience in Insurance distribution of Insurance with a solid P&L track record. - A minimum of 5 years working experience in the motor industry including the dealers, OEMs and SMEs. - Any public sector program program roll out experience is a plus. - Masters/Management degree in one of the fields – Commerce, Engineering or Related fields.Requirements- You will either hold or willing to obtain Insurance Sales Person qualification from IRDAI.
