Ltd.Location: PowaiDepartment: Finance & PayrollExperience Required: 4–6 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely salary processing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll management, statutory compliance, employee query resolution, and payroll reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess monthly payroll for employees accurately and within defined timelines Maintain and update employee salary records, incentives, bonuses, and deductions Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), TDS, and MLWF Prepare, verify, and process Full & Final settlements for exiting employees Generate salary slips, payroll summaries, and MIS reports Coordinate with the HR team for payroll inputs, approvals, and employee updates Handle employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently Manage filing of Form 24Q independently and issuance of Form 16 to employees Maintain payroll documentation and ensure confidentiality of employee data Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, HR, or related field 4–6 years of relevant payroll experience Strong understanding of Indian payroll processes and statutory compliance Good knowledge of payroll taxation and labor laws Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll reporting Basic knowledge of Accounting and TALLY is mustStrong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills Good understanding of payroll softwareGood communication and coordination abilities Added AdvantageWorking knowledge of Spine Technologies payroll software - Preferred Candidate ProfileHigh attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Capable of managing payroll timelines under pressure Team player with a proactive approach toward process improvement
