Job DescriptionAssociate – Program Management (Regional SPOC)Job Title: AssociateFunction: Career Advancement Services (CAS)Reports to Position: Regional Manager – CAS Program ManagementLocation: As per region (Mumbai)Band: A4Job PurposeTo execute end-to-end placement operations for an assigned region by managing job postings, coordinating shortlisting and interviews, supporting recruiter interactions, handling offers and invoicing, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for students and recruiters.Job OutlineAs an Associate – Program Management (Regional SPOC) in the Career Advancement Services (CAS) department, the job holder is responsible for managing the execution layer of placement operations for a specific region. The incumbent will work closely with the Regional Manager, CBD team, Student Engagement (S&E), and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all placement-related activities.The role involves handling multiple recruiter accounts, coordinating with students and internal teams, and ensuring all activities such as job postings, shortlist communication, interview scheduling support, offer management, and invoicing are completed within defined timelines.The job holder is expected to maintain high levels of accuracy, responsiveness, and stakeholder coordination, contributing to a seamless placement experience.
