Role SummaryEmployee Experience▪ Create and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction at alllife cycle stages.▪ Engagement and well-being to be fostered through right practices andemployee sessions and materials/ handout. Enhance wellness quotient inemployees through wellness programs, EAP and sessions, competitions,activities, and celebrations.▪ Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other departments to align employeeexperience initiatives with business objectives.▪ Design and implement programs and surveys to access employee needsand sentiment.▪ Develop initiatives to foster company culture by promoting values andsense of belongingness.▪ Coordinate with different departments to ensure a positive employeeexperience.▪ Handling employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and constructivemanners▪ Lead internal communications and recognition.▪ Designing and successfully implementing on-onboarding programs▪ Tracking and analyzing key metrics related to employee engagement,satisfaction, turnover, and other relevant factors to measure successof employee experience initiatives.▪ Engage employees at organization level with unique practices.▪ Working closely with the senior business leaders and BHR leads to developa strategy and roadmap that aligns to business outcomes, priorities, andambitions to ensure engaged work force and getting pulse of theworkforce and getting early warning indicators.▪ Providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to the EmployeeExperience team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation andcontinuous improvement.People Services▪ Developing and implementing HR operational strategies to align withbusiness requirements, within the defined SOPs.▪ Creating HR policies and procedures and guidelines in compliance withlatest labour laws and regulations.▪ Managing relationship with vendor and providers to get the best deal forthe organization.▪ Providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to the HR operation team,fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuousimprovement.▪ Understands and ensures delivery of activities pertaining to employee lifecycle from joining till exit▪ Ensure proper tracking of activities on regular basis and checking the workon random basis (Self Audit)▪ Managing HR data, timely reporting, Analysis of reports generatedthrough HRMS and team on various activities.▪ Ensure timely update on trackers and publish quarterly HR New letters.▪ Manage vendor resources through third party and ensure compliance asper CLRA, S&E, IT and other labour compliances are met.▪ Monitor and take proactive measures on monthly, quarterly , half yearlyand annual compliances.▪ Managing proactive employee communications with employees to ensuretimely intimation on payroll action.▪ Monitor over all expenses of payroll and present a comparator of month-on-month cost comparison.▪ Keep a track on monthly and annual payroll compliance through Legatrix▪ Ensure all HR compliances are met within timelines.EssentialQualificationMBA (Full time) / Master’s degree in HR / OD / Personnel ManagementExperience14+ years of relevant experience in managing employee experience, employeeLifecycle, payroll, and compliances.Skills➢ Strong subject matter expert and people management➢ Ability to identify, strategize and implement best practices.➢ Responsible for overall strategy and performance of the EX-platform andservices➢ Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills➢ Ability to multi-task and work on multiple assignments simultaneously➢ Ability to work in a team and develop junior resources.➢ Ability to engage people with unique strategies and activities.
