Role Description The Sourcing Executive (Crew Recruitment) is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting qualified maritime crew members, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement processes for crew operations. This role involves maintaining strong communication with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the overall efficiency of the crew recruitment process. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and manage recruitment dataExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholdersProficiency in contract negotiation and procurement processes to ensure fair agreements and efficient operationsProven experience in recruiting and onboarding personnel, preferably in the maritime industryAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentKnowledge of maritime industry standards and regulations is an advantageEducation: Degree or relevant certification in Human Resources, Marine Studies, or related fields
