Role Overview: The intern will support AI-driven projects and initiatives within the HR function, contributing to automation, analytics, and process improvement efforts. Duration : 6 MonthsKey Responsibilities: Assist in executing AI-related projects and initiatives for the HR team Support implementation, testing, and optimization of AI tools and solutions Collaborate with external vendors and internal tech teams to ensure smooth project delivery Help analyze data and generate insights to improve HR processes Provide day-to-day support for ongoing AI initiatives Working on all HR related AI development initiative closely with the Nuvama Technology team and vendors. Basic Requirements: Interest in AI, HR technology, or automation Basic understanding of AI tools or data analysis (preferred) Good communication and coordination skills
