Job Title: Recruitment CoordinatorLocation: Mumbai Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading global investment bank in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is eager to contribute to a world-class recruiting function.This role will be supporting locations across Asia, and we are looking for someone who is able to start at 7am IST. The role will be hybrid remote and in-office.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managersAbility to effectively work in a fast paced, detail oriented and deadline focused environmentPrepare candidates for interviewing with our clients by providing all logistics for the day of the interviewSupport recruiters and hiring managers with logistics and reportingMaintain accurate records in our applicant tracking systems (ORC)Responsible for sending interview feedback requests in our applicant tracking system (ORC)Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business teamsPerforms other related and ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned Qualifications:5+ years experience in end-to-end recruitment co-ordination including interview scheduling and collection of interview feedbackExperience supporting a global recruitment team (ideally including the following Asia locations: Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore)Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferrableExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent prioritization, writing, and oral communication skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyAbility to effectively work in a fast paced, detail oriented and deadline focused environment What We Offer:Exposure to high-level recruiting operations within a prestigious investment bankA collaborative, professional, and fast-paced team environmentHybrid work model with at least 2 days per week in Mumbai officeOpportunities for growth and development within a global organization
