Position Title: Intern (Pro Bono)Service Line: Human ResourcesDepartment: Talent AcquisitionLocation: Mumbai - Dadar/Lower ParelQualification: Graduated with a bachelor’s degreeInternship Duration: 6 months (Full-time) - Laptop will be provided.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.• Maintain ownership of the sourcing process from identification through screening and handover to recruiters.• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a seamless candidate experience.• Stay current with sourcing tools, techniques, and talent trends relevant to professional services.• Perform additional sourcing-related tasks as assigned by reporting manager.REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:• Recently completed graduation; MBA students can also apply.• Interest in HR Talent Acquisition.• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.• Eagerness to learn and contribute as part of a collaborative team.• Available to work from the Mumbai office in Dadar/Lower Parel.ABOUT BDO: BDO is a global network of professional services firms with a presence in over 166 countries, revenue of over USD 14 billion, and experience of over 60 years.
