Job SummaryWe are seeking an HR Executive with hands-on experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, Background Verification (BGV), Invoicing and HR Systems Management. The ideal candidate needs to have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and HRIS tools.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires. - Call new joiners daily and ensure completion of pre-joining formalities. - Liaise with HR Partners for timely communication and document completion. - Maintain defined TATs for onboarding activities and publish reports. - Oversee the onboarding-to-background verification lifecycle.Background Verification (BGV)- Initiate and manage BGV checks for new hires. - Monitor and track TAT at each stage of the BGV process. - Coordinate with external vendors for employment, education, and criminal checks. - Review BGV reports, resolve discrepancies, and close cases with HR Partners. - Maintain MIS and publish daily dashboards.Invoice Processing- Process HR-related invoices (recruitment, training, vendor payments). - Coordinate with Finance for timely and accurate payments. - Reconcile billing and payment discrepancies with vendors.System Administration- Maintain and update HRIS with accurate employee data. - Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance. - Generate HR reports and perform basic HR data analysis. - Address system-related issues and coordinate resolution.General HR Support- Respond to employee queries and resolve HR-related issues. - Support ongoing HR projects and initiatives as required.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, BGV, or HR Systems. - Experience in an onsite HR role.Skills & Competencies- Work on automation at each process steps through bot, AI etc. - Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, basic data analysis). - Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving ability and capability to work independently. - Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.Additional Requirements- Immediate joiner preferred.
