You can learn more about us at .TrainerThe Process Excellence Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs focused on Root Cause Analysis, Process Refreshers, New Hire training, Shadow Buddy, and other continuous improvement methodologies. The role aims to build a highly effective standardized culture of operational excellence across teams and functions. The selected candidate will be managing the SPOC’s coordination for dedicated brands for operations-related training and lead the training initiatives to ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
