This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete recruitmentlifecycle and the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers across diverse businessverticals.The internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people, hiring, andorganizational growth, and who are looking to build a strong foundation in TalentAcquisition and HR operations.Key Responsibilities● Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidatesourcing, screening, and interview coordination● Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn,etc.), referrals, and internal talent databases● Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess role fit, interest, and basiccompetencies● Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure smoothcandidate experience● Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and MISreports● Ensure timely communication between candidates, hiring managers, and the HRteam● Support hiring requirements across multiple functions such as Media, Technology,Design, Growth, SEO, Martech, Creative, and Business Development● Assist with employer branding initiatives and process improvement projects withinTalent Acquisition● Adhere to recruitment timelines, data accuracy, and best hiring practicesEligibility & Requirements● Graduates or final-year students pursuing HR, Management, Psychology, orrelated disciplines● Strong verbal and written communication skills● Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment● Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is preferred● Prior internship experience or exposure to HR or recruitment is an added advantageWhat You Will Gain● Practical exposure to high-volume as well as niche hiring● Hands-on experience in recruitment operations and stakeholder management● Opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and experienced HR team● Strong learning curve with mentorship in core Talent Acquisition and HRprocesses● Exposure to hiring for a wide range of roles in a leading digital-first organization
