We offer deep sector expertise across a full range of products and services in investment banking, equities, fixed income, asset and wealth management in the Americas, Europe and the Middle East and Asia.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination & RepresentationOrganize and execute on-campus and in-office recruiting events, including presentations, student visits, and networking sessions. Represent the firm on campus and ensure smooth event logistics by managing materials, guest assistance, and proactive candidate engagement.Data Management & ReportingMaintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Analyze historical recruiting data to identify trends, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.Program & Process EnhancementIdentify and implement improvements to recruiting programs and workflows based on firsthand observations and feedback. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency and enhance candidate experience.Program Management & SupportAssist in planning and executing candidate onboarding, orientation, training, and social events. Facilitate mentor programming and performance review meetings and maintain regular engagement with interns throughout the program.Stakeholder Collaboration & Administrative SupportPartner closely with the Asia Campus Lead and business teams to align recruiting strategies with hiring needs. Provide on-site administrative support to ensure timely execution and personalized candidate experience.What we look for in a candidate- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in Campus Recruiting, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition within Financial Services. - Demonstrated expertise in HR controls, policies, and processes, with the ability to advise on best practices. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing complex logistics and delivering results independently. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively across seniority levels and represent the firm at external events. - Resilience and adaptability in high-pressure environments, with the ability to lead initiatives and support stakeholders under tight timelines. - Advanced PC skills, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint; familiarity with Tableau, VBA, or other data visualization tools is a plus.At Jefferies, we believe that diversity fosters creativity, innovation and thought leadership through the infusion of new ideas and perspectives.
