Job Title: Payroll ExecutiveLocation: Dahisar, MumbaiExperience Required: 0.6–8 Years (Staffing & Recruitment Industry preferred)Salary: NegotiableSoftware Knowledge: Hire Craft, Staffing SoftwareJob Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive with experience in the staffing & recruitment industry to manage payroll processes efficiently and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end payroll processing for employees deployed at client locations.Maintain and update payroll records, attendance, and leave data.Calculate salaries, deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS), and process reimbursements.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, LWF, etc.).Coordinate with HR and accounts teams for salary disbursement.Handle employee queries related to salary, taxation, and other deductions.Generate payroll reports and MIS as per management requirements.Work on HireCraft and other staffing software for payroll management.Key Requirements:✅ Graduate in any discipline ( or equivalent preferred).✅ 0.6–8 years of payroll processing experience in staffing/recruitment firms.✅ Knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.).✅ Hands-on experience with HireCraft and other staffing software tools.✅ Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).✅ Strong communication and coordination skills
