Job SummaryThe Human Resources Director will be the strategic custodian of our people, culture, and organizational growth. In this role, you will architect and execute HR strategies that support our business goals while nurturing a high-performance, people-first workplace. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will lead initiatives across talent management, organizational development, performance, compliance, and total rewards.Bonus points if you understand the fast-paced, idea-driven, sometimes chaotic (but always exciting!) advertising culture, because no two days are ever the same here.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership- Partner closely with executive leadership to align HR strategy with organizational objectives. - Drive initiatives that enable organizational growth, culture strengthening, and future-readiness. - Lead change-management programs that support scaling, restructuring, and workforce planning needs.Talent Acquisition & Management- Oversee end-to-end hiring strategies that attract creative, diverse, and high-caliber talent. - Build structured onboarding, training, and development programs that set teams up for success. - Champion succession planning and leadership development across verticals.Employee Relations & Engagement- Foster a positive, inclusive, and energizing workplace, one where people feel inspired to do their best work. - Lead conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary processes with fairness and empathy. - Monitor engagement levels and introduce initiatives that strengthen morale and retention. - Add a dash of fun to the workplace through culture-building programs (because even serious HR folks can love a good meme!).Policy Development & Compliance- Ensure HR policies are compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations. - Conduct internal audits and maintain documentation to meet legal and regulatory requirements. - Supervise workplace safety, DEI initiatives, and code-of-conduct adherence.Compensation & Benefits- Design, benchmark, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. - Ensure internal equity and consistency across roles and departments. - Oversee performance management cycles and reward frameworks.HR Operations & Technology- Enhance HR operations by refining systems, processes, and workflows. - Manage HRIS platforms and use analytics to support data-driven decision-making. - Lead HR budgeting, workforce analytics, and forecasting.
