We are having an opening for Asst Manager Talent Acquisition (Pharma) for a pharmaceutical company at Mumbai LocationPosition :Asst Manager Talent AcquisitionExp: 4-7 yearsLocation: Thane, MumbaiType : Full Time, PermanentKey Responsibilities• Handle full-cycle recruitment for mid-level and senior-level roles in the pharmaceutical domain.• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, references, headhunting).• Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pharma talent for critical roles.• Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding processes.• Work closely with business leaders to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.• Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and process documentation.• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.Required Skills & Experience• 4–7 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical recruitment.• Strong understanding of pharma functions such as sales, manufacturing, R&D, QA/QC, supply chain, etc.• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, portals, and talent sourcing techniques.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to work independently and handle multiple hiring mandates.
