Your day-to-day will include:- Coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. - Communicating with applicants about openings, status updates, and next steps. - Maintaining and updating recruitment and employee databases. - Assisting with onboarding new hires and preparing their documentation. - Supporting employee engagement activities and bringing in fresh ideas to strengthen our workplace culture. - Helping plan and execute training and development programs that keep our teams growing.Qualifications- Must be a recent graduate or postgraduate (preferably in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration) - Prior internship or basic exposure to recruitment will be an advantage
