Job Description:
Employee Engagement- Strategize and plan engagement-led initiatives across the organization to foster a culture of collaboration, recognition, and belonging. - Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organization-wide engagement activities and celebrations. - Build internal communities to plan, execute, and sustain engagement programs. - Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of engagement initiatives through metrics and feedback mechanisms.Wellbeing- Design and implement wellbeing initiatives for both Store and Services Office teams, covering key dimensions of wellness (emotional, physical, social, financial, mental). - Create and maintain a Wellbeing Calendar aligned with organizational priorities and employee needs. - Partner with external experts and partners to deliver impactful wellbeing programs.Employer Value Proposition (EVP) & Employer Branding- Work on the organization’s EVP strategy to strengthen its positioning as an employer of choice. - Plan and implement EVP-led campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. - Identify and drive key employer branding pillars aligned with organizational values and people priorities.Content & Communication- Develop creative, engaging, and impactful communication content for engagement, wellbeing, and employer branding initiatives. - Manage storytelling and content creation that highlights the culture, people, and purpose of the organization. - Collaborate closely with Partner / Agency to align internal and external messaging.
