About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our growing Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent that aligns with our organization’s culture and business goals. You will play a key role in building high-performing teams across business functions such as Financial Advisory, Investment Management, and Operations.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level positions within the Wealth Management and BFSI domains. - Source and screen candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and internal databases. - Conduct fit/gap analysis to assess candidates’ technical, functional, and behavioral alignment with the role. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. - Use data-driven insights to support gap analysis and workforce planning initiatives. - Maintain a consistent talent pipeline for critical roles through proactive sourcing and networking. - Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring transparent communication and timely feedback. - Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and analytics for smarter candidate shortlisting and engagement.Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within BFSI or Wealth Management. - Strong analytical skills and familiarity with fit/gap analysis techniques. - Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Exposure to AI-based recruitment tools will be an added advantage.Why Join Us- Opportunity to work with a leading player in the Wealth Management domain. - Collaborative, growth-oriented work culture. - Exposure to innovative AI-driven recruitment practices.
