Job Overview: As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's payroll processes. This includes ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, benefits, and other compensation to employees. The role involves staying updated on relevant laws and regulations, maintaining payroll records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations. Payroll Processing: • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including calculating salaries, deductions, bonuses, and other compensation elements. • Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Process payroll on time Compliance: • Stay informed about changes in tax laws, labor regulations, and other relevant legislation affecting payroll. • Ensure payroll processes comply with legal requirements and company policies. Recordkeeping: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records. • Generate reports and provide data for audits and compliance checks. Communication: • Communicate with employees regarding payroll-related inquiries. • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to address and resolve payroll issues. Benefits Administration: • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. • Ensure accurate deductions and contributions. Reporting: • Generate and analyze payroll reports for management review. • Provide insights and recommendations based on payroll data. Customer Service: • Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries. • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience in payroll processing and administration. • Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications. Additional Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
