Role Overview We are seeking a Recruiter to support global hiring initiatives for our teams in the US, Canada, and Bermuda , focusing on sourcing high-quality candidates across Actuarial, Quantitative, Risk, and Finance domains. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and experienced in international talent sourcing—capable of building strong pipelines for niche, high-caliber professionals in analytical and technical roles. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and engage candidates for actuarial, quant, risk, and finance positions across US, Canada, and Bermuda. Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and niche job boards to identify and approach qualified candidates. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand role requirements and target profiles. Manage and maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring timely updates in the applicant tracking system. Coordinate interviews across time zones, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Develop creative sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, networking, and referrals. Track hiring metrics and provide regular reports on sourcing progress and market insights. Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent intelligence. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 3–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in international hiring (preferably North America). Proven experience sourcing talent in actuarial, quant, risk, or finance domains is highly desirable . Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques. Excellent communication and coordination skills across global time zones. High attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
