Responsibilities: Maintain active communication with the consulting team and internal stakeholders regarding project progress. Collaborate with the consulting team to understand and analyze administrative requirements including: Scheduling meetings, training sessions, and coaching sessions. Managing travel and accommodation arrangements. Supporting invoicing closure and calendar management. Provide back-end support to enable smooth execution and implementation of client projects. Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness of consulting projects. Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures. Drive operational excellence through KPIs and timely execution of SLAs. Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience, preferably in consulting, HR, or operations.
