Create teams, create processes, and in turn create our very own brands and products. We’re looking for an HR Intern to support our HR team with daily tasks and ongoing recruitment. If you’re looking to explore the world of Human Resources, this is a great opportunity to learn how things work across recruitment and employee experience. What you’ll be doing: Assist with Hiring: Support the recruitment process across different teams — Design, Copywriting, Account Management, Performance Marketing, and more. Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Help find potential candidates on job platforms and social media. We’re also open to exploring new hiring channels - ideas are welcome! Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and keep communication smooth throughout the process. Manage ATS & Trackers: Keep our applicant tracking system and internal spreadsheets up to date with the latest hiring info. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand what each team needs, collect feedback, and keep the process moving.
