Location: Mumbai (Head Office), with coverage for all factories and offices Experience: Min. 10 years in HR, including exposure to Industrial Relations (IR) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead and manage all aspects of our Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a pleasing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in policy formulation, HR operations, and compliance management. The role requires the ability to adapt HR policies to changing compliance requirements and ensure smooth coordination between corporate and plant locations. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations   Oversee the end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee engagement. Ensure seamless HR processes that support the company’s growth and culture. Policy Formulation and Compliance Develop and implement HR policies in line with organizational goals and industry best practices. Continuously review and update policies to comply with changing labor laws, regulations, and company objectives. Ensure all HR policies are communicated effectively and adhered to across all departments. Industrial Relations (IR) Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures. Maintain harmonious relationships between management and employees at plant locations. Negotiate and liaise with unions and resolve labor disputes in alignment with company interests. Training and Development Design and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and competencies. Conduct training sessions for policy awareness, compliance, and performance improvement. Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture. Organize team-building activities, employee feedback sessions, and other engagement initiatives. Compliance and Legal Requirements: Stay updated with labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices. Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and records, and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance. Travel to Plant Locations: Visit plant locations as required to ensure HR policies and practices are implemented effectively and address any HR-related issues. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience:   Minimum 10 years’ hands-on experience in HR & IR, with at least 8 years handling plant-level operations. Excellent communication, mediation, and advocacy skills. Skills: Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
