Human Resources Intern

Summary: The HR Intern supports day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, records management, and employee support while learning core HR processes. Key responsibilities: Recruitment support: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate assessments and offers. Onboarding/exit: Prepare kits, assist orientations, create/update records, support exit formalities. HR admin: Maintain HRIS/files, track attendance and leaves, prepare basic HR letters. Engagement: Assist events and internal communications. Compliance: Help with background checks, documentation, and audit prep. Reporting: Compile weekly status updates and basic HR metrics. Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field. Working knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite; exposure to HRIS is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion; eagerness to learn.
