About the Role: We are seeking an accomplished HR Operations Director who will partner closely with the VP of People & Culture to lead HR governance, transformation, and operational delivery across multiple regions. This role offers executive-level visibility , high-impact influence, and the opportunity to design scalable people practices to support rapid business growth and multicultural team expansion. Key Responsibilities: Lead Global HR Operations: Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exit processes. Strategic Alignment: Translate corporate vision into operational HR frameworks and initiatives that directly support business growth. Policy Governance & Compliance: Establish governance structures and standardized HR policies across geographies while respecting local legal requirements and cultural nuances. HR Transformation: Drive process redesign, technology adoption (HRIS, talent systems), and large-scale change initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Leadership Support: Serve as operational right-hand to the VP of People & Culture, contributing to organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership advisory. Executive Escalation Point: Handle sensitive or complex people matters with strategic insight and practical solutions. Ideal Profile: MBA/Master’s from a premier institution (XLRI, IIM, SIBM preferred). 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership in HR operations. Proven success leading HR in complex, fast-scaling, international environments with distributed teams and multicultural dynamics. Strong experience in HR transformation, policy governance, and technology implementation. Track record of managing senior HR leaders across geographies. Middle East exposure is an advantage.
